At our head office — Building No 126, KH No 160/277, Gali No 3, Ramghat Colony, Wazirabad, Delhi — 110084. Bookings are planned and dispatched from there, and our Gandhi Nagar branch handles inward cargo, warehousing and last-mile handover. Pickup from your own godown or shop anywhere in Delhi NCR can be arranged with the booking, so nothing has to be brought to us.
Railway parcel moves your consignment as parcel cargo on scheduled trains out of Delhi, with collection and delivery by road at both ends. It usually works out cheaper than road for long-distance volume — the eastern, North East and southern lanes especially — because the line haul is shared. For short lanes, urgent loads or door-to-door control on a single vehicle, road is normally the better choice.

The invoice or a delivery challan, and an e-way bill where the consignment value crosses the GST threshold for inter-state movement. We issue the consignment note at pickup — that carries your tracking number. Send the invoice details with the booking and the paperwork travels with the consignment rather than chasing it.
