We run scheduled freight to 33 destinations across 11 states, listed in full on this page — from Varanasi, Lucknow and Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh through Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha, out to Gujarat and Maharashtra in the west, Assam and Tripura in the North East, and Bangalore and Chennai in the south. Each destination has its own page covering the services on that lane, its indicative transit and the local areas it delivers to.
It depends on the destination. The nearer eastern and northern lanes run at an indicative two to three days, most of Bihar, Jharkhand and the west at three to four, Odisha at four to five, the southern lanes at four to six, and the North East at five to seven because of the Siliguri corridor. Every destination card on this page shows its own window. These are planning windows rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Full truck load for bulk and time-critical consignments, part truck load where you pay only for the space your goods occupy, express dispatch for priority movement, and railway parcel for economical long-haul volume. Not every lane runs all four — the badges on each destination below say which services that corridor genuinely offers.
Per consignment, not from a published rate card, because two loads of the same weight can price very differently. What moves the figure is whichever of weight or volume governs first, whether you need a dedicated vehicle or space on a shared one, the service level, the pickup and delivery points, and seasonal demand on the lane. Send cargo details and both addresses and you will get a written quotation with nothing added later that was not in it.
Frequently, yes. The destinations here are where our scheduled departures run; around them sits a wider belt reached from the nearest lane or through our partner network. Give the coordinator the town and the full address and you will be told plainly whether it is served directly, reached from a nearby lane, or not covered.
Yes. Every consignment carries a tracking number issued on the consignment note at pickup, and the status is available on our tracking page throughout the journey. Proof of delivery is provided on handover, and a named coordinator can confirm anything the status does not cover.
The invoice or a delivery challan, plus an e-way bill where the consignment value crosses the GST threshold for inter-state movement. We issue the consignment note at pickup. Send the invoice details with your booking and the paperwork is prepared with the consignment rather than chased after it.
